Santiam Bean Salad
2007 Oregon's Best Winner

Yield: 9 servings

  • 2 16 oz. Santiam Three Bean Salad

  • 1 Santiam Fancy Cut Green Beans

  • 16 oz cooked Durum Wheat Penne

  • ½ sliced onion

Preparation

  1. Cook penne for at least 11 minutes until tender, wash and drain.

  2. Slice onions thinly.

  3. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
