water

mild flavor molasses

tablespoon margarine or butter, softened

cup Bob’s Red Mill 100% Whole Wheat Flour

1 ¼
cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Dark Rye Flour

tablespoons cocoa

teaspoons salt

2 ½
teaspoons yeast

Preparation
-
Measure and add the liquid ingredients to the bread pan.

Measure and add the dry ingredients (except to the bread pan.

Form
a well (hole) in the flour with your finger where you will add the
yeast.

Measure the yeast and carefully pour it into the well.

Press
the “select” button on the bread machine and choose the whole wheat
setting.

Press
the “crust color” button and set on light crust.
-
Press
“start/stop” button.
