Pea Salad
2007 Oregon's Best Winner

Ingredients

  • Two 1 lb. packages frozen petite peas

  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped

  • 1 lb. Tillamook cheddar cheese, diced

  • 6 oz. slivered almonds

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion powder to taste.
