Bob's Red Mill Peach, Walnut and Papaya Bread
2007 Oregon's Best Winner

Makes 2 large loaves

Ingredients

  • ½ peach juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ Tbs. butter
  • 1 cup thick oats
  • 1 ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White Flour
  • ¼ wheat bran
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped Lady Elberta peaches
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Red Star yeast
