Heat
honey milk and butter to 120 degrees F.

Assemble dough maker or mixer.

In a
large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, egg, yeast, salt and warmed milk
mixture.

Mix
with dough maker for 3 minutes.

Gradually add enough remaining flour to form stiff dough.

Knead
with dough maker until smooth and satiny, about 4 minutes.

Placed dough in greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

Cover
and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Punch
down and divide into two equal parts. Let rest 10 minutes.

Shape
into loaves and place in two greased pans, 9”x5”x3”.

Cover
and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-11/2 hours.

Bake
in preheated 375 degree F oven for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to bake 30-35 minutes.

Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
