Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar,
onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add half the flour
and flaxseed to the dough. Mix well. Add the remainder of the flour and
flaxseed to form a stiff dough. \
Cover. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 50-60
minutes.
Stir
down dough. Put into a well greased nine-inch pie pan. Let it rise 40
minutes.
Bake
at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
Glaze: Brush bread with egg glaze (1 egg yolk, lightly beaten, with 2
tablespoons cold water) just before you bake it for a pretty finish.
