Bob's Red Mill Bob’s Italian Bread

Yield: 2-3 loaves

Ingredients and Preparation

  • 4 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill unbleached white flour
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Egg whites to brush on before baking
 

Preparation

  1. Cook at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
