Try out your best seed spittin' form with a seed from a plump, sweet and juicy Hermiston Watermelon. Divisons are Men's, Women's and Youth (8-15 years).  Join us on the main concourse. 3rd Annual "Finest Blackberry Pie in Oregon" Contest Tuesday, August 31, 2010 @ 11:30am Entry Info coming soon Bake your way to fame and into people's hearts by creating your greatest pie using delicious and juicy Oregon blackberries. Because really, who doesn't like pie? Oregon Raspberry and Blackberry Commission 13th Annual Old Fashioned Corn Shucking Contest Saturday, Sept. 4 @ 5:30 pm Entry Info Accompanied by lively music, crowds gather around the great pile of fresh harvest corn waiting to shuck off all the ears they can peel. It is sure to be quite a BIG crowd pleaser. There will be three divisions: men, women and youth (up to age 15), where contestants will compete for the most ears of corn shucked before the music stops.  After all the division winners have been named, there will be a Grand Champion Shuck-Off! Join us on the main concourse near the Poultry building at 5:30 sharp!
