Details: Visit sustainably managed farms and ranches,
walk through the fields, greenhouses and barns with the growers
who tell us the story of the good food they produce. The two day
tour culminates with a chef lead cooking class creating a
localvore's feast from the fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, honey
and beer we gather from the producers we visit.

Oregon State Fair, August 28 - Sept. 7
With more than 9000 things to do, see and taste, the 2009
Oregon State Fair (August 28 - September 7) is going to be too
big to miss. This is the BIG BIRTHDAY BASH celebrating Oregon's
150th! It just maybe THE BIGGEST BIRTHDAY event of the year.
